Join a platform for future leaders
Whether you join the Investment or Management Track of the ADQ Future Foundations – Graduate Development Program, you will acquire knowledge that will set the baseline for the rest of your career. We have designed a program that will provide you with the right business context and training to help enhance your academic knowledge and shape your career. It is a rewarding journey geared towards building the capabilities of our UAE national graduates.
What to expect
Exposure to the business
Embark on a comprehensive traineeship that includes getting involved in at least one of our functions. Learn how our corporate values lie at the heart of our operations.
Hands-on, real work
Contribute to high-impact projects that execute ADQ’s strategy and contribute to the sustainable transformation of Abu Dhabi. Develop critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Building your network
Learn from executives and build relationships with bright minds working at ADQ across all levels. Collaborate with your peers in joint projects.
Mentorship
Work one-on-one with your line manager and a “buddy” (a former program participant) to provide guidance and continuous feedback. Shadow different leaders to give you an overview of all aspects of the business.
